4. Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia

Owner of two Michelin stars (1980 and 1990), Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia is a restaurant opened in 1962 by the couple Aimo and Nadia Moroni.

Currently, the restaurant is run by Stéphanie, Aimo and Nádia’s daughter, who together with the chefs Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini, gave the restaurant modernity touches. Nevertheless, the restaurant has kept its essence and traditional heritage built by the couple at the beginning of their journey as entrepreneurs.
